Your Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Insolvency Analyst to join our Personal Debt Solutions team in our St John's office. As a Junior Insolvency Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Drafting documents, letters, and correspondence, including processing mailouts and entering documents into internal systems.
- Preparing statutory correspondence as part of bankruptcy and proposal filings.
- Report analysis, creditor claims monitoring, and follow-up.
- Assisting the Personal Debt Solutions department with various tasks, including working with the local team and others within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional service and support to clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve our services.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to liaise well with staff and outside parties.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
- Previous Insolvency/Personal Debt Solutions experience an asset.
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
