About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Construction Labourer to join our team at 1313 Construction Ltd. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of construction projects, including loading and unloading materials, erecting scaffolding, and performing routine maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload construction materials, including heavy equipment and supplies.
  • Scaffolding and Rigging: Assist in the erection and dismantling of scaffolding, ramps, and other temporary structures.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and repairing equipment, and addressing any issues that may arise during construction.
  • Material Handling: Assist in the mixing, pouring, and spreading of materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Debris Removal: Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites, ensuring a safe and clean working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Previous experience in construction is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Physical Demands: This role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects, work at heights, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
