Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team at Performance Auto Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing new and pre-owned vehicles for customer deliveries, ensuring that every vehicle meets our high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare new and pre-owned vehicles for customer deliveries, including detailing the interior and exterior of all inventory and sold vehicles.
  • Perform rustproofing, undercoating, paint protection, and fabric protection to ensure vehicles are protected from the elements.
  • Use the buffer to polish vehicles as required, maintaining a high level of shine and finish.
  • Maintain the detailing equipment, ensuring it is in good working order and ready for use.
  • Organize and prepare rental vehicles, ensuring they are clean and ready for customers.
  • Treat every vehicle as if it were your own, taking pride in your work and striving for excellence in every detail.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Manager, contributing to the success of our team.
Requirements
  • Minimum one year of experience as an automotive detailer.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • High attention to detail, with a focus on quality and precision.
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
  • Non-skid/safety shoes required.

Compensation

$18 per hour, with opportunities for commission and bonus earnings based on knowledge, experience, and performance.
