Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Meeting Manager to join our team at Fairmont Winnipeg. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and driving revenue growth through strategic sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
