Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Estimate costs and times for service and repairs, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and technicians, coordinating work orders and ensuring timely completion.
  • Schedule service and repair appointments, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Operate computerized work order systems, maintaining accurate records and reports.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of market trends in the automotive service industry.
  • Understanding of mechanical components of automobiles.
  • Ability to work effectively with auto parts ordering systems and computerized work order systems.
  • Basic math and keyboarding skills.
  • Good working knowledge of CoStar is an asset.
  • Experience in a similar role, in a Canadian Tire Auto Service Centre, is considered an asset.
  • Valid driver's licence for province of employment.
