Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Lydia Swift. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing and grooming
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Assist with laundry and linen management
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
Work Environment:

As a Home Support Worker, you will work in a variety of settings, including clients' homes, and may be required to work overtime. You will be expected to maintain confidentiality and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures.
