Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer to join our team at SMS Silencers Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our financial planning and analysis functions, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data, and providing strategic financial guidance to our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Manage and analyze financial data to inform business decisions and optimize resource allocation
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate financial risks
  • Provide financial guidance and support to senior leadership and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on manufacturing and finance
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
