Bottle Depot Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bottle Depot Supervisor to join our team at Quasar Bottle Depot Ltd.
Job SummaryThe Bottle Depot Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and arranging for maintenance and repair work. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
- Prepare and submit reports
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Train workers in duties and policies
- Arrange training for staff
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
- Establish work schedules and procedures
- Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Flexibility and initiative
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to wear safety equipment and work in a warehouse setting
