Bottle Depot Supervisor Job Summary
At Shamrock Bottle Depot, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bottle Depot Supervisor to join our retail team. As a Bottle Depot Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and arranging for maintenance and repair work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
- Prepare and submit reports
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Train workers in duties and policies
- Arrange training for staff
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
- Establish work schedules and procedures
- Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization
Work Environment:
As a Bottle Depot Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment, working under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver results. You will be required to wear safety equipment/gear, including a hard hat and steel-toed safety boots.

Experience:
We are looking for a candidate with 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of operational logistics and be able to provide technical advice and guidance to team members.

The primary language of work is English, and the ideal candidate will be fluent in English.
Work Schedule:
The work schedule is 30 to 35 hours per week, and the ideal candidate will be able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.
