About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Construction Foreman to join our team in Sudbury, ON. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of up to 10 people in the execution of watermain replacement projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise the layout, assembly, and installation of various materials in consultation with the Project Superintendent or manager to plan sequencing and schedule for field installation
• Coordinate and supervise daily activities of a team up to 10 people
• Establish a safe work environment that complies with our Health & Safety program
• Interact with other company supervisors, inspectors, and clients
• Follow project plans and schedules and ensure that the crew's daily and weekly activities meet production goals
• Order equipment, materials, and workforce through dispatch for the following day's activities
• Obtain and prepare grade sheets from construction plans

Requirements
• 5 years of experience in the construction industry
• 3 years of experience as a Lead Hand or Acting Foreman
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication in a diverse work environment
• Ability to work well under pressure and make decisions using sound judgment and critical thinking
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
