Job Title: Compliance Officer

Takeda is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to join our Ethics & Compliance (E&C) Global team. As a Compliance Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective implementation of our E&C strategy, including policy and SOP implementation, training and communications, risk management, and audit and compliance management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement compliance programs and policies to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide guidance on risk management to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve compliance issues and incidents, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure compliance awareness and understanding among employees.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as law, business, or compliance.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
