Job Summary:
CB Canada is seeking an experienced Business Solutions Analyst to join our team. As a Business Solutions Analyst, you will be responsible for planning, designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive business solutions for our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to communicate requirements and specifications, ensuring successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business solutions that meet client needs and expectations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and specifications
- Design and develop business processes and systems
- Implement and test business solutions
- Provide training and support to clients and internal teams
- Continuously improve business processes and systems
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in a similar role with a strong track record of delivering business solutions
- Proficient in business analysis tools and techniques
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Post-secondary degree in Business Analysis, Business Management, or equivalent
