About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Addiction Nursing team. As a vital member of our nursing team, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care and support to individuals navigating substance withdrawal and mental health struggles. Our medically supervised and secure environment provides a safe space for participants to receive 24-hour nursing care, supported by on-site physicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care and support to individuals in our addiction nursing program
  • Work collaboratively with the nursing team, social workers, and other community professionals to deliver comprehensive care
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment that fosters a sense of community and connection

Requirements
  • LPN with current registration with BCCNM
  • Experience with addictions and mental health an asset
  • Well-developed interpersonal, oral, and written skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
