About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Kinesiologist to join our team at Lifemark, Canada's largest physiotherapy company. As a Kinesiologist, you will play a vital role in promoting the healing and recovery of our clients through movement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform biomechanical, fitness, and functional assessments under the guidance of a physiotherapist
  • Design and implement graded exercise, work conditioning, and work hardening programs
  • Conduct biweekly reassessments of client progress through functional testing
  • Record functional and subjective findings in client charts
  • Work collaboratively with clients to set and achieve functional goals
  • Deliver group orientation and education lectures, as well as one-on-one education to clients
  • Complete functional components of reports for initial, progress, and discharge
  • Ensure return-to-work plans are made and documented in client charts
Requirements
  • Graduate of a university Kinesiology degree program
  • Registration with the appropriate Provincial governing body for Kinesiologists
  • 2+ years of experience considered an asset
