Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Clerk to join our team at UpSourced HR. As a key member of our Finance department, you will be responsible for providing critical support to our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
  • Process payments to vendors, suppliers, and other entities in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Reconcile financial accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Assist with budgeting and financial reporting, including the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and responding to inquiries.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time, permanent position working mainly from our Brocket location. The successful candidate may also work from our Lethbridge office after a successful training period. The regular hours of work are 8:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday. The annual salary of this position is negotiable based on education and experience levels. Group benefit plan participation is available following a successful probationary period.
