Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and improve profitability
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and improve quality, delivery, and cost performance
  • Collaborate with site leaders to drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance
  • Manage budgets and spending to achieve long-term business objectives
  • Partner with other site leaders, business units, and central functions to ensure Regal Rexnord's and customer success
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in Business or Engineering
  • Proven managerial experience with a track record of delivering above-market growth
  • Knowledge of business and management principles, including budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, and human resources
  • Demonstrated ability to affect team transformation using change management principles
  • Technical background preferred (e.g. engineering, power generation, emergency power, electrical)
