Job Title: Mechanical Engineer - Buildings

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our Buildings team in Edmonton, Alberta. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for applying your mechanical engineering knowledge on project work in various areas, including commercial, residential, retail, mission critical, healthcare, and institutional buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply mechanical engineering knowledge on project work
  • Collaborate with colleagues on a local, national, and international stage
  • Work on a variety of projects, including commercial, residential, and institutional buildings
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution
  • Currently registered as a Professional Engineer or E.I.T. with APEGA or other Canadian Province or Territory
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office, including Word and Excel
  • Proven working knowledge with Revit
  • Familiarity with applicable codes and standards, including the National Building Code, ASHRAE, and NFPA
