As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish work priorities
* Ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
* Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
* Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
* Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
* Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
* Resolve conflict situations
* Coordinate, assign and review work
* Organize tasks to accomplish the work
* Develop specific plans to prioritize
Requirements:
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Efficient interpersonal skills
* Flexibility and adaptability
* Organized and reliable
* Time management and attention to detail
We offer a permanent position with 30 to 35 hours of work per week and a competitive salary.
