Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance on labour relations, including collective bargaining, grievances, and labour disputes.

  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to employees on HR-related topics.
  • Conduct research and analysis on HR-related topics to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources, Labour Relations, or Business Administration.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, labour relations, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
