Role Summary

At Coastal Community, we are on the lookout for a dedicated Account Manager to enhance our services in the Capital Region. Key Responsibilities

As an Account Manager, your primary focus will be on cultivating both new and existing client relationships. Collaborating with our team of experts, you will provide a comprehensive suite of financial services to our members while identifying opportunities to connect them with specialists in other areas of our organization.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • A secondary school diploma complemented by one year of post-secondary education and up to one year of relevant work experience in a sales and service setting;
  • A minimum of three years of experience in the financial sector, including two years in lending, or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • A solid understanding of credit union operations, principles, and values is preferred.

We are seeking a flexible and collaborative team player who demonstrates:

  • Proven sales success and strong leadership capabilities;
  • In-depth knowledge of deposit and loan products and services;
  • Expertise in personal lending;
  • A comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape in the financial sector and local communities;
  • Excellent networking skills and the ability to engage with individuals both within and outside the organization.
