About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Investment Advisor to join our team at RBC Dominion Securities. As an Investment Advisor, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their financial goals by providing expert investment advice and portfolio management services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners to understand their financial needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement customized investment plans and portfolios to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide ongoing portfolio management and monitoring to ensure that clients' investments are aligned with their goals and risk tolerance.
  • Foster trusted relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and communication.
  • Collaborate with other RBC teams, such as Personal & Commercial Banking and Insurance, to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in outbound sales or a related field, with a strong track record of success.
  • Completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or equivalent.
  • Strong passion for financial planning and portfolio management.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to connect with diverse clients.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in direct marketing, financial services, or a related field.
  • Completed the Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH), Personal Financial Planner (PFP), Chartered Investment Manager (CIM), or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designations.
