Qualifications

  • Experience: 2 to less than 3 years in a similar role.
Work Environment
  • Conditions: Work in confined spaces and various marine locations.
  • Physical Demands: The position is physically demanding, requiring the handling of heavy loads and the ability to work overtime.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess material requirements for projects.
  • Interpret engineering drawings and instructions to develop operational plans.
  • Establish reference points and patterns for fabrication.
  • Optimize cutting sequences for metal materials.
  • Analyze blueprints to ascertain material needs.
  • Create patterns and templates for fabrication tasks.
  • Install fabricated components into the final assembly.
  • Review and interpret welding blueprints and specifications.
