We are a leading manufacturer of high-quality kitchen cabinets, and we are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team.

Job Summary

The CNC Machinist will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision-fabricated components for our kitchen cabinets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and Maintain CNC Machines
    • Set up and adjust CNC machines to produce high-precision components
    • Monitor and maintain machine tools and parts to ensure optimal performance
  • Read and Interpret Engineering Drawings
    • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables to produce accurate components
  • Repair and Maintain Machine Tools
    • Repair and maintain machine tools and parts to ensure optimal performance
  • Document and Report
    • Document and report deviations from specifications and tolerances
    • Maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports
  • Verify Dimensions
    • Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments
  • Set Up and Operate Conventional and Computer-Controlled Machine Tools
    • Set up and operate conventional and computer-controlled machine tools to produce high-precision components
  • Verify Dimensions of Products
    • Verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in CNC machining
  • Skills
    • Strong understanding of CNC machining principles and practices
    • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Work Environment
