Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Walmart Canada. As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive their online orders in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Pick and pack online orders with precision and care, ensuring that products are of the highest quality and meet our strict safety and food hygiene standards.
  2. Efficiently manage and optimize tote fills to minimize waste and maximize productivity.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, including meeting daily delivery schedules and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  5. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational procedures, productivity standards, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
