Interior Health Authority is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Practice Consultant to join our team. As a Clinical Practice Consultant, you will play a key role in providing consultation specialist services to reduce length of stay and promote healing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical consultation and expertise to interdisciplinary team members to promote quality client care.
  • Champion, guide, and lead the delivery of a comprehensive Wound, Ostomy & Continence program for clients.
  • Collaborate with other Nurses Specialized in Wound, Ostomy and Continence (NSWOC) to develop and implement program policies and procedures, education programs for staff, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Research and evaluate current wound, ostomy & continence standards to ensure evidence-based 'best practices' are incorporated into program delivery.
