Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Create and manage employee schedules, supervise and train team members to enhance their skills.
- Service Implementation: Identify the types of services to be provided and develop operational protocols accordingly.
- Inventory Control: Organize and maintain stock levels to ensure availability of supplies.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the workplace.
- Supplier Negotiations: Engage with suppliers to secure favorable terms for food and other necessary supplies.
- Client Relations: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns to maintain satisfaction.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to all patrons.
- Operational Oversight: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operational activities.
This position involves managing a team of approximately 3-4 individuals.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of College or CEGEP.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
- Employment Type: Permanent position.
- Working Language: English.
- Work Hours: Approximately 35 hours per week.
