About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team at AMRIN K ENTERPRISES LTD. as a key member of our bakery operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of bakers to ensure high-quality products and efficient production processes.
  • Recipe Development: Create and implement new recipes and menu items to meet customer demands and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stock, and ensure that all ingredients and supplies are ordered and received in a timely manner.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all products meet our high standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bakery, including scheduling, staffing, and equipment maintenance.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant or bakery environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to distinguish between colors, attention to detail, fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, and work under pressure.
Work Conditions
