About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Lin Qian. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Medication Administration: Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities such as conversation, reading, or watching movies.
  • Light Housekeeping: Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation.
  • Errands and Appointments: Accompany clients to appointments and run errands as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
