Job Title: Street Outreach Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Street Outreach Worker. In this role, you will work with vulnerable populations, providing support and services to those in need.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing outreach services to homeless individuals and families
  • Assessing client needs and developing individualized plans
  • Collaborating with community agencies and healthcare providers
  • Providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services
  • Maintaining accurate records and statistics
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A college diploma in a related field
  • 2 years of experience working with vulnerable populations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
