Job Title: Truck and Trailer Repairer

Rafat General Contracting is seeking a skilled Truck and Trailer Repairer to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our fleet of trucks and trailers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions
  • Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of truck-trailer systems
  • Repair or replace mechanical units or components
  • Perform scheduled maintenance service
  • Test and adjust units to specifications
  • Complete reports to record problems and work performed
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Hand-eye co-ordination, attention to detail, and manual dexterity
  • Steel-toed safety boots and ability to work in a dusty, dirty, and noisy environment
