Job Description

As the Director of Application Architecture at DELAN, you will be responsible for maximizing the evolution of application projects to ensure the success of the company's IT strategic plan in a period of technological transformation (budget approved over $200M).

In more detail, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Mobilizing, coaching, and leading a team of 6 Enterprise Architects
  • Managing application assets and their obsolescence
  • Ensuring technological alignment and optimal application architecture
  • Designing and maintaining up-to-date system, application, and cloud architecture
  • Providing a 360-degree view of ongoing and upcoming application projects
  • Participating in business, legal, and budget-related decisions related to IT
  • Collaborating with a team of 25 other IT professionals

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 10 years of experience in IT, including experience as a Director of Application Architecture
  • Experience in team management
  • Knowledge of the 5 TI Architecture models
  • Experience in application and infrastructure IT areas
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership abilities
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required
