Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at D&R Custom Steel Inc. as a key member of our HR department.

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to the organization, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees
  • Develop and implement employee relations strategies to promote a positive work environment
  • Administer benefits, including health, dental, and life insurance
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Provide training and development opportunities to employees
  • Manage employee data and maintain accurate records
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with management to resolve employee conflicts and grievances
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in HR
  • CHRP certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems
