Job Title: Loader and Front End Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Loader and Front End Associate to join our team at RONA+. As a Loader and Front End Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, loading products for customers, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Load products for customers, ensuring accurate and efficient loading
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the front end and loading areas
  • Assist customers with finding products and answering questions
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to work with customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to lift and move products, as well as stand for long periods of time
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
