The Role: Global Communications Strategist

Level Infinite is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Communications Strategist to drive a positive narrative across multiple regions for titles from our partner and internal studios. You will play a crucial role in shaping the public perception of Level Infinite and its games.

Reporting to the Senior Lead of Communications, you will collaborate with Brand Directors and other key stakeholders to define and oversee the deployment of strategic global communications plans. This is an opportunity to join a small, agile team based in multiple locations and contribute to the success of Level Infinite's ambitious growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Brand Directors to define overarching narratives for games.
  • Develop and execute strategic global communications plans aligned with product goals, working closely with Brand Directors, Community/Social, and Influencer teams.
  • Provide regular, clear, and concise updates to relevant stakeholders on campaign progress and results.
  • Draft compelling external media-facing communications materials, including messaging, press releases, media alerts, and fact sheets.
  • Track the status of assets and materials to ensure timely delivery across all regions.
  • Coordinate and share reporting for both global and regional campaigns and activations.
  • Actively listen to feedback from regional teams and refine plans and projected outcomes accordingly.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in communications within the interactive entertainment industry.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and conceptualize solutions across various platforms while also being hands-on when needed.
  • A passionate, committed, self-starter with high levels of initiative, energy, and ownership.
  • Strong influencing skills and the ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and find solutions to multiple and varying needs.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • A genuine passion for communications, creativity, and innovation.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • A deep understanding of the gaming industry and its trends.
