Bakery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Baker to join our team at Carlyle Family Foods. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the baking process and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities- Recipe Development: Create and implement new recipes and menus to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Production Management: Supervise and coordinate the baking process, ensuring that all products are produced to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Team Leadership: Train and develop a team of bakers to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure that all necessary ingredients and supplies are available to meet production demands.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all products meet our high standards.
- Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
