Key Responsibilities:
  • Transportation: Operate a tractor-trailer combination to transport goods and materials across various locations, adhering to all relevant regulations and safety protocols.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the condition of the vehicle, including tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment.
  • Communication: Receive and relay information to central dispatch, and record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other drivers and transportation staff to ensure efficient and safe transportation operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as a truck driver.
  • Licenses and Certifications: AZ class license, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel cross-border.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to sit for extended periods, with attention to detail and flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent position, requiring 40 to 60 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will be willing to travel overnight and for extended periods, with a valid driver's license and AZ class license.
