About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at Create Construction Group Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our project managers and ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Administration: Prepare, issue, and track RFIs, shop drawings, change orders, and change notices.
  • Scheduling: Prepare and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Communication: Participate in project meetings, resolve technical issues, and maintain communication between all parties.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project progress and issues.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in the commercial construction industry.
  • Technical diploma in a construction-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to read, understand, and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Knowledge of the commercial construction process.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Products.
