Client Relationship Associate

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated PIA Client Relationship Associate to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our high-value clients, building strong relationships with Investment Advisors, and delivering business and relationship management support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional specialized business services, advisory, and process/program support to Investment Advisors.
- Assist in building integrated and customized solutions based on clients' unique needs.
- Build relationships with existing clients, Investment Advisor Bank branches, and other Bank referral sources.
- Demonstrate financial planning expertise to support Investment Advisors and produce high-quality plans that exceed client expectations.
- Participate in client meetings and the wealth planning process; organize client seminars/events.
- Match clients to their products and services in a professional, consistent, and expedient manner.
- Maintain a culture of risk management; adhere to internal policies and procedures and protect the interests of the Bank by monitoring and raising transaction activity as required.
- Monitor service quality and productivity; implement continuous improvement.
- Keep current on emerging trends and keep others informed and up to date on work status, progress.
- Participate fully as a team member, support a positive professional team environment.
Requirements:
- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course and Conduct and Practices Handbook.
- Requirement of the role that you become licensed with Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) as a Registered Representative (RR).
- Desirable: Undergraduate Degree or Community College Diploma.
- Desirable: Personal Financial Planner (PFP) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
- Strong communication skills with ability to work confidentially, independently as well as in a team.
