As an Operations Supervisor, you will be instrumental in overseeing and managing the comprehensive delivery of exceptional service to enhance branch productivity. Collaborating closely with the Branch Manager, you will ensure adherence to safety protocols, optimize branch performance metrics, and enhance Rental Flow efficiency, all while delivering outstanding sales and customer service support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute strategies to meet financial targets
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies
- Evaluate branch performance metrics, offer coaching and constructive feedback to team members, and identify areas for improvement
- Assist in sales and customer service initiatives
- Enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency
- Inspire, mentor, and develop staff
- Foster a culture of safety and accountability
Qualifications:
- High School diploma; Bachelor's degree is advantageous
- 3+ years of experience in sales and operations
- Preferred experience in supervision and leadership roles
- Basic understanding of the construction rental equipment sector
- Strong leadership and motivational abilities
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license required
