Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter to join our team at CB Canada. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for full lifecycle recruitment, implementing talent acquisition strategies to identify, attract, and hire high-quality talent across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to assess hiring needs, establish recruiting strategies, and identify the best talent.
  • Manage the Recruitment Process from presentation to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Source Active Candidates from online databases, internal databases, contact lists, and employee referrals.
  • Establish and Maintain Contacts with employment sources, such as colleges, universities, search firms, trade associations, and plan and coordinate large-scale recruitment events.
  • Maintain Accurate Recruiting Data on the opens/filled report and in the applicant tracking system.
  • Partner with Coordinator to ensure completion of pre- and post-employment requirements.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships with internal and external stakeholders throughout the recruiting process.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Director on recruiting projects.
Requirements
  • Must be Fully Vaccinated
  • Undergraduate Degree Level Education Required
  • 2-4+ Years of Progressive Recruitment Experience; Blend of agency and in-house highly preferred.
  • Proven Track Record of Maintaining High Req Load with roles of varying levels across multiple geographies.
  • Experience within the Wines & Spirits or CPG Industry is Helpful
  • Proven Ability to Handle High Volume Recruitment and multiple priorities, and experience using Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Knowledgeable about Best Practices for Recruitment, selection policies, and regulations from sourcing through hire.
  • Demonstrated Success Providing Lawful and Appropriate First-Line Advice to the business line.
