We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at JYSK Canada. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for protecting our assets and minimizing losses through effective execution of loss prevention policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain loss prevention policies and procedures to reduce shrinkage
  • Conduct weekly inventory cycle counts and periodic full store inventory counts to ensure accuracy
  • Order inventory to meet customer demand and maintain optimal stock levels
  • Ensure proper store opening and closing procedures, including alarm checks and security walks
