About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Logistics Intern at Raytheon Technologies. As a Logistics Intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the achievement of our business objectives through the manufacturing and development of high-quality aeronautic parts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in leading initiatives and supporting projects aimed at improving processes within Quality Management, Inventory Control, and Product movement.
  • Collaborate with Logistics personnel and the Continuous Improvement team to analyze the flow of product and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support enhancements to existing production planning tools.
  • Participate in and support Kaizen and/or Root Cause analysis events aimed at reducing lead time and improving material distribution/storage.

Requirements

  • Be eligible to work in Canada.
  • Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout the internship.
  • Be able to work on-site in the province where hired.
  • Pursuing a degree in Engineering or Business (Supply Chain).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken/written).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a large manufacturing company.
  • Lean manufacturing principles.
  • SAP, Excel, PowerBI.
  • Experience in Change Management.
