About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Landscape Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Perfect Turf Toronto Inc. as a permanent employee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with landscape constructions and installations, ensuring high-quality results and meeting customer expectations.
  • Remove litter and garbage from work sites, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Operate and maintain various landscape maintenance equipment, including backhoes, chain saws, and tractors.
  • Install outdoor carpets and other materials, adhering to company standards and guidelines.
  • Perform tasks in a fast-paced environment, working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including wet, damp, noisy, dusty, and hot environments.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads, repetitive tasks, and manual dexterity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Reliability, dependability, and flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules and priorities.
Work Environment

Our team works on various locations, including golf courses, sports fields, and private residences. We require employees to be willing to relocate and travel regularly, with travel expenses paid by the employer.
