Genuine Comfort is a leading distributor of Air Conditioners and Packaged Terminal Air Conditioners across Canada. We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team, reporting to the Director of Sales. As a Sales Executive, you will drive company growth by expanding our territory and capturing market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and close leads to ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with existing repeat clients in the PTAC replacement market.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries promptly.
  • Capture and organize key market and customer data in our CRM system.
  • Uncover referrals and testimonials by requesting customer feedback.

Requirements:

  • Experience in business development and B2B product sales.
  • Outstanding professional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trusting relationships within and across teams and with customers.
  • Self-motivation and proactive decision-making.
