We are seeking a skilled Renovation Helper to join our team at Bradner Custom Renovations Ltd. as a key member of our construction crew.

Job Summary:

The Renovation Helper will assist in various aspects of construction, including loading and transporting materials, erecting scaffolding, and assisting in framing houses. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, and other construction equipment
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications
  • Assist in demolishing buildings and cleaning up debris
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction or a related field
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Work Environment:

The Renovation Helper will work in a fast-paced construction environment, often outdoors, and may be exposed to dust, noise, and other hazards. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
