Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Renovation Helper to join our team at Bradner Custom Renovations Ltd. As a key member of our crew, you will assist in various aspects of construction, renovation, and demolition projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction and assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites.
  • Participate in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs to meet project specifications.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications and assist in demolishing buildings as needed.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials, clean up chemical spills, and remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction to ensure efficient project completion.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Panjabi; Punjabi language proficiency.
  • Ability to work outdoors, in confined spaces, and in noisy, dusty environments.
  • Flexibility to work at various locations, including construction sites and residential renovation projects.
Work Environment

Our team works in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with various locations and projects. As a Renovation Helper, you will be exposed to outdoor and indoor work sites, with a focus on construction and renovation projects.
