Job Description

Job Title: Senior Project Management Engineer/Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Management Engineer/Officer to join our team at Rodan Energy Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution, and control of various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project management plans, including project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and taking corrective action as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, including training and development programs.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure project success.
  • Develop and implement project closeout procedures, including documentation and knowledge transfer.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on engineering and construction projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong technical knowledge of engineering and construction principles, including project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
