Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee our facilities and ensure optimal operations. This is a permanent position with a commitment of 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage construction initiatives and projects.
  • Supervise the operations of commercial properties.
  • Assess and evaluate construction projects for modifications in commercial, transportation, or recreational facilities.
  • Analyze facility operations and the associated real estate.
  • Identify and understand customer requirements.
  • Oversee the preparation of reports and statistics relevant to your responsibilities.
  • Plan and coordinate construction projects effectively.
  • Organize and manage facility operations and the associated real estate.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and statistics related to your areas of responsibility.
  • Interpret blueprints to ascertain dimensions and material requirements.
  • Recommend suitable products or services to clients.
  • Identify and engage potential clients.
  • Evaluate client needs and resources to suggest appropriate goods or services.
  • Create reports and proposals that highlight the benefits of our offerings.
  • Deliver informative sales presentations.
  • Estimate costs associated with installation and maintenance of equipment or services.
  • Prepare and manage sales contracts.
  • Facilitate sales transactions through online platforms.
  • Provide input for product design tailored to client needs.
  • Administer contracts for the supply of goods and services.
  • Consult with clients post-sale to ensure ongoing support.
  • Develop and implement schedules for safety inspections and preventive maintenance.
  • Direct maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and systems.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
  • Oversee the installation and upkeep of real estate infrastructures.
  • Manage leasing of space and develop marketing strategies.
  • Plan and direct administrative services including cleaning, maintenance, and security.
  • Resolve product and service-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot equipment-related problems.
  • Supervise technical sales specialists.
  • Organize and maintain inventory effectively.
