Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision
Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members, to ensure they are meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
Sales Floor ManagementAssign sales staff to duties, manage sales floor operations, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Inventory ManagementOrganize and maintain inventory levels, including receiving and processing shipments, and ensuring accurate stock counts.
Customer ServiceResolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Store OperationsAuthorize returns and exchanges, establish work schedules, and maintain a safe and secure store environment.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
ExperienceAt least 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
Personal QualitiesClient-focused, team player, and bondable.
Work EnvironmentThis is a permanent, full-time position, working 30 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced, and the ability to work in a team is essential.
