As a Financial Advisor at Royal Bank of Canada, you will have the opportunity to help your clients achieve their financial goals while building a successful career. Our comprehensive training and support will enable you to provide expert financial advice and guidance to your clients, helping them navigate the complexities of wealth management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will work closely with high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners to understand their financial needs and goals.
  • You will develop and implement customized financial plans and investment strategies to help your clients achieve their objectives.
  • You will leverage RBC's extensive resources and expertise to provide exceptional client service and support.
  • You will foster long-term relationships with your clients, providing ongoing guidance and advice to help them navigate the ever-changing financial landscape.

Requirements:

  • You have 4-6 years of experience in a sales or business development role, with a proven track record of success.
  • You have completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or will prior to your start date.
  • You have a passion for financial planning and a keen interest in portfolio management.
  • You have strong relationship-building skills and an ability to connect with a diverse range of clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a direct marketing role, financial services, or a related field.
  • Completed the Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH), Personal Financial Planner (PFP), Chartered Investment Manager (CIM), and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designations.
